The pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not been released yet.
These items are not in stock yet and therefore not available to be shipped.
The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre-Order before they physically arrive in stock.
Payment is required at the time you place your pre-order. Your credit card/pay-pal account will be charged once you place your order.
You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s.
Temporary Store Pre-orders
Since our most of our items belong to special or limited editions, some of these will probably be in Pre-Order at the time of the purchase.
Can I change a Pre-order?
We do not put any limits on size or product changes. But please be aware of the following guidelines:
Your order will not be shipped until it is complete.
If you wish to have separate shipments for your in-stock items, please place separate orders;
When your Pre-Order Item arrives, the item will be immediately shipped and you will be notified. All items will be shipped at the same time.
When the pre-order item will be shipped once it becomes available?
We usually process orders on the same day we receive products. The process and the shipment take around two business days for national deliveries.
